Formal authorisation to act on your behalf

Service Agreement & Power of Attorney

To proceed, the client signs a Service Agreement and a Power of Attorney (Fullmakt). This lets us represent you before authorities, prepare and submit applications, and communicate directly with institutions.

Case activation begins after payment

Invoice & Payment Activation

Invoices are generated in the portal. Payment can be full or partial depending on the service. Work officially starts after confirmation. All invoices, balances and payment tracking are visible in the client dashboard.

Secure document handling through the portal

Document Collection & Upload

Clients upload required documents: passports, contracts, financial records, education, employment and family documents. The categorised vault keeps everything organised and reusable.
